Spice Mix
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp Morton's Lite Salt salt
  tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp paprika
 1 pinch red pepper flakes, use to taste
Ingredients
 6 oz filet of Haddock
 1 cup cooked spinach (fresh or frozen)
 ½ cup cooked sweet potato
 2 tsp butter, cut into 2 pieces

Mix all spices together and sprinkle on both sides of the fish. Save a little as a garnish.

Set oven rack about 1/2 way down in oven. About 8-10 inches below broiler.

Set oven to broil at full temp.

Cover a small oven safe pan with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray or oil spritzer.

Lay seasoned fish on pan and place 2 teaspoons of butter on top.

Place fish in oven and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Remove when fish starts to brown and flake. This happens VERY QUICKLY.

Gently remove from pan and serve over spinach and sweet potato.

Garnish with left over seasoning. Enjoy!
