Emily’s Quick Stir Fry

Count as 1 protein, 1 veggie, 1 fat

 6 oz chicken diced or chopped or sliced
 1 cup raw veggies of your choice, diced or chopped
 Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
 2 tsp oil

In a pan get oil warm and stir fry chicken until done.

Add in salt, pepper and paprika and veggies. Add a bit of water to get the steam going and get up the goodness at the bottom of the pan. Stir fry until desired flavor!
