Garbanzo Wrap

One serving = 1 protein, 1 veggie, 1 starch and 1 fat

 ¼ cup home cooked garbanzo beans mashed
 1 6 inch flour tortilla
 1 cup cucumber seeded and cut into strips
 1 oz avocado sliced
 Morton's lite salt to taste
 pepper to taste
  tsp smoked paprika

Put mashed garbanzo beans in mixing bowl.

Add salt, pepper and smoked paprika to bowl and mix. A little water can be added to make an easily spreadable paste.

Spread mixture onto half of the tortilla and microwave for 45 seconds.

Add cucumber and avocado slices and roll up tortilla.
