Grilled Steak or Chicken Skewers

Counts as 1 protein serving (please check your plan for serving size cooked weight)

 1 ½ lbs Lean beef or chicken breast, cut into 1-1 1/4" cubes
 2 tbsp Tasty BBQ dry rub (see recipe on website)

Preheat grill for 10 minutes on medium heat


Coat cubed meat in BBQ dry rub


Skewer and place on grill that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray


Cook chicken until no longer pink, and steak to desired temperature
