  cup raw carrots, chopped
  cup raw onion, chopped
  cup raw celery, chopped
 2 tsp olive oil
 ¼ cup cooked green lentils
 ¼ cup cooked brown rice
 16 oz water

Sauté vegetables in oil until fragrant.
