“Mostly” Grilled Potatoes

 4 Small sweet or white potato
 Heavy duty foil

Clean potatoes

Prick with fork or makes slits with knife in several places on potatoes.

Place on microwavable plate.

Cook on high for 3 minutes then flip over potatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Remove from microwave and wrap in heavy aluminum foil.

Place on a medium heat grill to cook until desired softness, usually about 15 – 20 minutes.

Split open and serve.
