Toasted the bread (in toaster) and then cut into cubes.
Sweated onions and celery in tsp butter and some extra cooking spray.
Added in cubed bread and sprayed again with cooking spray.
Added in water (less than 1/4 cup), just enough to soften the bread to your liking.
