Natasha’s Stuffing

Makes one serving Count each serving as: 1 starch 1 fat 1 veggie

 2 Slices Sara Lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread
 ½ cup onions and celery (I use more onions than celery, but portioned out based on preference)
 1 tsp Butter
  tsp Morton light salt
 Cooking spray and water

Toasted the bread (in toaster) and then cut into cubes.

Sweated onions and celery in tsp butter and some extra cooking spray.

Added in cubed bread and sprayed again with cooking spray.

Added in water (less than 1/4 cup), just enough to soften the bread to your liking.
