 6 or 8 ounces Ground chicken or turkey-99% Fat Free only!
  tsp Morton's Light Salt
 1 Slice of diet bread, toasted and chopped up into breadcrumbs
 1 tbsp Brat Mustard
 1 tsp 1 tsp Olive oil

Combine first 4 ingredients; chill 10 minutes. Shape into 2-4 thin patties. 3 Fry in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
