 2 Cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
 6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
 ½ tsp Light salt
 ½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper, more or less to taste
