My coaches and I will work with you to change the habits that brought you to Mind. Body & Soul Fitness… They weighed and measured their food. They stepped on the scale Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and sent it to their coach. They journaled and made recipes. They worked through wanting to eat. They sent their journals every night. The journals are a powerful and effective tool that we use to make sure that your food is exact for you to lose 3 pounds per week. They also sent in behavior journals, which helped us to work with them on changing how they related to food. Every day was an interaction to bring each client closer to peace with food. Not all clients took advantage of all the services. We do offer these services for those who do choose to take advantage of them. Every step of the way, we worked with them and will work with you to achieve peace with food. The more you allow us to help you, the better you will do. Is change easy? No change is not easy. Each of these clients will tell you it was a lot of hard work, planning, preparing, and sometimes frustrating, but it is worth it!! Are you tired of always being tired.
