5 lbs Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1.50 tbsp Ground cinnamon
½ tsp Ground cloves
¼ tsp Ground nutmeg

Layer apples in slow cooker and sprinkle with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Whisk vigorously for chunky applesauce, or puree with an immersion blender for a smooth consistency.
