Makes 2 Count each as 1 Protein and 2 veggies and 1 starch
12 oz Ounces of your own Ground Turkey (Ground yourself)
2 tbsp Chili powder
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Morton Lite Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1/2 - 3/4 Cup water
1.50 cups Shredded Lettuce
½ cup Chopped Tomatoes
Two 6 Inch Flour Tortillas

Mix spices in a small bowl.

Brown turkey until cooked through - drain.

Add as much mixture as you like to the turkey and add water - mix.

Let simmer until most of the water has cooked away, about 15 minutes.
