Measure all spices into a small bowl and set aside.
Pour water into your slow cooker.
Place chicken breasts into slow cooker.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with spice mixture and place lid on slow cooker.
Cook on low for 40 mins.
After cooking, remove chicken from slow cooker and place on cutting board. Shred chicken with 2 forks and place back into slow cooker.
Prepare topping for chicken tacos: shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, chop green onions.
Assemble tacos by layering shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, green onion and avocado.
