Makes three servings Each serving counts as: 1 protein, 2 veggies & 1 starch
16 oz fresh turkey ground by butcher
½ cup Onion chopped
33 oz Water
2 cups fresh tomatoes, pureed
2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup Cooked brown rice
1.50 cups Chopped green pepper
1 tsp Morton’s light salt
½ tsp Pepper

Sauté ground turkey and onions in Pam.

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil boil.

Cover and simmer 30-40 min and enjoy.
