4- 4 oz. salmon fillets (or 4- 6 oz. salmon fillets**)
Zest of 1 lemon
¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
24 Pecans, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
Light salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pecans, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Spread topping evenly over salmon fillets.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
