The most requested meal that I get is for Buffalo Chicken. So lets break out the air fryer and make chicken fingers on Plan and tasty. I'm going to make simple honey mustard and hot wing style sauces that can be used with many other meals. These dipping sauces are the gems of this recipe. They have so much flavor and can be used on so many other foods. The honey mustard makes a great salad dressing as well. Experiment and let us know how you use them!
Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees or oven to 425 degrees.
Cut chicken breast into strips that are about 1 inch by 3 inches. A little bigger than a stick of gum. Keep pieces uniform in size if possible.
Put crackers into a gallon size zip top bag and crush. A rolling pin works very well. They should look like fine bread crumbs when done
Season chicken with a small amount of salt and pepper
Add chicken to the bag and shake. Try to cover chicken completely.
Put in air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes flipping pieces after about 8 minutes. Makes sure chicken is cooked completely before serving.
If using an oven, place chicken on a sheet pan and cook for 10 minutes, flip pieces over and cook for 7-10 more minutes until cooked through.
Cut up broccoli into bite size piece. Stems are okay also.
Season with Morton's Lite Salt and pepper.
Cover a sheet pan with foil and spray a few times with cooking spray
Place broccoli on foil in a single layer
Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
Broccoli is done when there is a slight char around the edges.
Mix together equal amounts of the honey and stone ground mustard.
If a thinner dip is desired, add a small amount of water to thin out.
Melt 2 teaspoons of butter.
Add up to 2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce.
Add a very small pinch of garlic and onion powder.
Mix together well and serve. This will be very spicy depending on your hot sauce brand.
