 10 oz Tuna, low sodium, in water (drained)
 1 tsp Olive oil
 1 oz Avocado, diced
 ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
 ¼ cup Onion, diced
 ¼ cup Red bell pepper, diced
 ½ cup Tomato, diced
 Light salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill.
