Count each serving as 1 protein / 1 veggie / 1 starch / 1 fat
⅓ cup raw carrots, chopped
⅓ cup raw onion, chopped
⅓ cup raw celery, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
¼ cup cooked green lentils
¼ cup cooked brown rice
16 oz water

Sauté vegetables in oil until fragrant.

Add 16 ounces of water and simmer until soft.

Add lentils and rice.
