    Running Classes

    Whether you are brand new to running, or you haven’t run in a long time, you’ll feel welcome and supported in this class.  Our running class assumes you have no running experience and we start from scratch!  We welcome beginners! Running is a great self-esteem booster, especially if you are a beginning runner.  This is an outside class that will combine many training techniques to improve your performance.
