Pepper Pork Stir Fry

Seasonings

1 teaspoon Morton's Lite Salt salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon 5 spice powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon szechuan peppercorn (optional)

Mix this up in a bowl and use to taste.

 8 oz pork tenderloinCut across the grain. The size of a 1/4 inch matchstick
 1 cup onion1/4 inch slices
 3 cups pepperscut into 1 inch size pieces. Use different colors if you can. How spicy is up to you!
 ½ cup Cooked Brown Rice
 4 tsp olive oil
 ½ cup water

1. Preheat wok over high heat.

2. When wok is HOT, pour in oil and pork. Start stirring to coat all of the pork with oil.

3. As soon as the pork looks browned add in onion and peppers. Stir in several pinches of the spice mix.

4. Stir for a few seconds and the let sit for a minute. Repeat several times until the pork and onions just start to get a little charred.

5. After about 5 minutes of this the veggies should be cooked on the outside and still a little crunchy on the inside. That's perfect.

6. Add water and stir for a few seconds scrapping the bottom.

7. After a minute, remove from heat and serve over the cooked rice.
Serve with pinch of the spice mix over the top
