Here is a quick and easy soup for the cold weather. I paired it with my Egg Roll and made a full meal out of it.

 2 Eggs
 2 cups MBS home made chicken brothSimply boil 2 chicken breasts in 4 cups water with Mortons lite salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Set chicken aside for another meal
 Morton's Light Salt
 Ground pepper
 Garlic Powdeer
 Onion powder
 ScallionsGarnish

Heat chicken broth in a pan until just simmering.

Scramble 2 eggs in a cup that is easy to pour out of.

Using a whisk, slowly pour the scrambled eggs into the simmering chicken broth while whisking slowly. Continue until all the eggs are added. Mixture should have a ribbon quality to it.

Add seasonings to suit your taste. Garnish with the scallions. Serve hot.

This makes one serving.
